WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
The services we offer are bespoke, and focus on personal growth and development. It is important to understand, however, that we do not make a distinction between personal and professional development. By that is meant that any personal changes an individual undergoes affects all aspects of life, both personal and professional.
Personal growth is not achieved, and cannot be achieved, by means of quick fixes, but rather by sustained effort and commitment on the part of the client. Therefore the type of person who will benefit from our services is the type of person who enjoys change, who comes with an open mind, who is willing to engage with new ideas, who is unafraid to change his/her mind, who welcomes hearing viewpoints different from his/her own, who welcomes discussion, who wants new insights, who wants to develop new abilities, who wants to learn new skills and who is, in short, the sort of person who seeks opportunities for personal growth and development.
We offer the following SINGLE SESSION services:

These single-sessions can also be used as a ‘taster’ before contracting for one of our courses.

WHAT DO THEY COST?
Single session services: £60
Courses: £240 per month (4 weekly sessions @ £60 per session)
All services will be paid for in advance. The basic cost of a session is £60 which buys the client the equivalent of 1 hour of our time. The minimum duration of a course is 1 month. Courses are re-contracted by the month.

HOW DO THEY WORK?
All of the above courses and single sessions are conducted by email. In our experience, this has proved to be just as effective as face-to-face delivery. The cost of each session buys you one hour of our time: that is, the equivalent of a one hour face-to-face session. The number of emails exchanged per week between us and our clients is necessarily unspecified. These weekly emails may be spread out over several days or concentrated into a shorter period of time.
We treat all information supplied by our clients as confidential.
How our SINGLE SESSION services work:
Dream interpretation: We will supply by email an interpretation of a dream provided by the client. The more background information the client can provide with the dream, then the more detailed an interpretation can be provided. There are samples of our dream interpretations on our Flavours page.
Oracle card reading: This works in a similar fashion to dream interpretation in that the more background information that the client can provide, then the more detailed a reading can be provided. The client will first be offered a choice of oracle card packs from which s/he will choose their cards. Again, a sample reading is provided on our Flavours page.
In both cases, the client can expect to receive their reading or interpretation within a week from when we receive the required information e.g. a description of the client’s dream.
How our COURSES work:
All of our courses are focussed and time limited. However, as with any therapy or counselling service, the duration of each course is variable. In many respects the courses also resemble education in that they are practical in nature and are ‘doing’ courses. The client, therefore, may be asked to perform some tasks between consultations. By the end of their course, the client can expect to have acquired new skills or abilities or insights to aid their personal growth.
Life coaching course: The following description also applies to our dream interpretation and oracle card reading courses:
The first month of the course will be used as a period of assessment. During that month we will be making a decision about the client’s coach-ability as well as their likely level of commitment to the coaching process. If, at the end of this assessment period, all parties agree to continue, then we will generally contract by the month. However, for the reasons given earlier, although we contract by the month, we will expect the client to have made a psychological commitment to a longer period of coaching. Typically a course might last from 3 to 6 months. During the coaching period the client’s progress will be reviewed and assessed on an ongoing basis and re-contracting will be by mutual agreement. At the end of each course, the client will receive a typed summary of the work done.
The life coaching course may or may not include the interpretation of dreams. This will be at the discretion of the client.
Any who want a flavour of our work before they embark on a course are advised to (a) read our Flavours page and/or (b) buy a single dream interpretation or single oracle card reading.
‘How to’ courses: Our ‘how to’ courses are teaching courses. That is, the client will be taught life coaching skills, dream interpretation skills or oracle card reading skills. These are not academic courses. Rather they take an apprenticeship approach. Before any teaching can begin, the first step for the client is to undergo a course of sessions in the relevant sphere.
Note: all our courses are bespoke courses. The number of sessions per month is normally four, but this depends on the capability of the client. There may be occasions when we recommend to the client that the number of sessions be cut back to two per month or, alternatively, that we increase the number of sessions per month. Changes to the standard number of monthly sessions will be by mutual agreement.
